Baldacchino Group have since 2010 provided thermal insulation, representing the brand E:Zero. Thermal insulation is a green measure which will drastically reduce energy costs by reducing heat loss in winter and aid cooling in summer.

Thermal insulation is one of the many energy saving initiatives in the property development level and as you may be well aware a new property law was passed in 2008 (Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations, 2008 (LN 261/2008)) that would require property owners to provide a special Energy Efficiency document when selling a property. To such extent Thermal insulation has become a requirement.

We offer both closed cell as well as open cell foam.
• Closed cell foam is used for roof insulation and waterproofing.
• Open cell foam is used for indoor walls to act as sound proofing and insulation.
